PineApp's products are also offered in the cloud and enable ISPs to offer Advanced Managed-Services (SaaS) and Dedicated-Hosted-Services to their clients.
PineApp’s Mail-SeCure, Archive-SeCure, Surf-SeCure and Mail-Encryption products, are available either as Appliances or Software-only and can run on local servers or on VMware platforms.

PineApp’s products for Managed Services providers are available in three different configurations;
Managed-Services, the ISP owns the products and operates the service from its premises. For the ISP, this configuration allows resource optimization, as each of PineApp’s products serves multiple customers (multi-domains). The end customer enjoys the service while saving the local IT capital and operating costs.
Dedicated-Hosted-Services, the customer’s platform is hosted on a dedicated server at the ISP’s premises, where the service is operated and managed by the ISP. This allows the ISP to leverage the server-farm space in its facilities, while the customer enjoys the peace of mind involved in outsourcing the IT services and saves on the daily IT operating costs. This service also allows the customer to maintain a high level of privacy.
Distributed Managed-Services is suitable in cases where, due to security reasons, customers prefer to obtain the product in their own premises, while profiting from the remote management and control of the IT operations by the ISP.
