CommunicAsia2013 being the Asia’s largest integrated info communication technology event, is instrumental in connecting the ICT industry. APRICOT 2013 will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore from February 19th to March 1st, and will be hosted by the Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC).
 
Throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim, Internet service providers, backbone and regional networks, web hosting facilities, firewalls, and Intranets are being created, deployed, and installed at a staggering pace. The technicians, managers, entrepeneurs and decision-makers responsible are under tremendous pressure to master the skills necessary to build and operate these increasingly complex systems.

The mission of the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Conference on Operational Technologies (APRICOT) is to provide a forum for those key Internet builders in the region to learn from their peers and other leaders in the Internet community from around the world.

Held annually, the ten day long summit consists of seminars, workshops, tutorials, conference sessions, birds-of-a-feather (BOFs), and other forums all with the goal of spreading and sharing the knowledge required to operate the Internet within the Asia Pacific region.

LACNIC - 10 YEARS, an event that included LACNIC 18 and LACNOG 2012, was held at the Hotel Radisson Victoria Plaza from 28 October to 1st November, 2012.

As usual, the LACNIC event was a meeting not to be missed by the Internet community of Latin America and the Caribbean. An occasion that got together the most important regional Internet experts to discuss current issues.

The general program was made up by one day of technical training workshops on new technologies, security, and promotion of IPv6 adoption, as well as four days of lectures and panel discussions on current issues and keynote presentations by leading international experts.
