Rony Zarom, Chairman
Rony Zarom, Decima Ventures Founder. Rony is the investor and chairman of PineApp. Rony Zarom is a serial entrepreneur who, prior to his investment at PineApp, was the Founder and CEO of Exalink, a provider of mobile Internet infrastructure solutions. Rony successfully led the company to a merger with Comverse in a deal valued at $550 million. Before Exalink, Rony established a number of ventures in the IP telephony and Internet services fields. Rony earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the City University of New York.

Ilan Shaya, Director and co-Founder
Mr. Shaya is the private owner of CSTS Ltd, a leading integration company on the northern part of Israel. CSTS is the subsidizer of PineApp. Mr. Shaya has an extensive technical knowledge, and over 15 years of business management. Mr. Shaya has a B.A from Haifa University.

Hezi Erez, Director
BSc in electronics, graduated 1986 Technion, Profession: telecommunication, microelectronics, computer and optics. Extensive experience in the last 20 years in Hi-Tech companies operated in Israel, USA, Japan, Europe & Africa.
